The docs let the user "customize the order in which price oracles are queried, both for current and historical prices"; "Both lists offer CryptoCompare, CoinGecko, DefiLlama, Alchemy, Moralis, Uniswap V2 and Uniswap V3. Latest Prices additionally offers Kraken", and manual prices "always take precedence over any oracle".
