ChainChoice is an editorial decision engine for crypto products (exchanges, wallets, staking platforms, etc.). It scores providers against your stated situation and returns one recommendation with reasoning, runner-up, and tradeoffs.
ChainChoice is an information service. It is not a broker, custodian, exchange, advisor, or licensed financial entity in any jurisdiction.
2. Not financial advice
Recommendations from the engine are informational, not investment advice. Cryptocurrency products involve significant risk including total loss of capital. Always do your own research, verify provider terms directly, and consider consulting a licensed financial advisor in your jurisdiction.
Past performance, fee structures, and provider availability change. Verify everything at the source before acting.
3. Eligibility
You must be of legal age to use cryptocurrency products in your jurisdiction. Some recommended providers are restricted by region — the engine respects this where possible, but final eligibility verification is your responsibility.
ChainChoice does not knowingly serve users in jurisdictions where cryptocurrency products are prohibited.
4. Affiliate relationships
ChainChoice may earn affiliate commissions when you sign up with a recommended provider through referral links. These commissions never affect scoring, ranking, or editorial coverage. Providers cannot purchase placement in the engine.

5. Acceptable use
Don't scrape, automate, or attempt to overwhelm the service. Don't reverse-engineer the scoring engine for commercial use without written permission. Don't use the service to facilitate illegal activity.
6. Liability
[STANDARD LIABILITY LIMITATION CLAUSES — to be drafted by counsel.] At minimum: ChainChoice is not liable for losses arising from acting on recommendations, provider failures, market movements, or third-party service outages.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Disputes are resolved in the courts of Berlin, Germany, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws of the user's country of residence apply.
8. Changes to these terms
Changes are posted here with an updated effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Licence for published data
The data files ChainChoice publishes for reuse are licensed under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (SPDX identifier CC-BY-4.0, https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/): /data/rankings.json, the evidence files under /data/evidence/, the strengths files under /data/strengths/ and the embed payload. Each file states the same identifier in its license field. You may copy, adapt and redistribute them, including commercially, if you credit ChainChoice (https://chainchoice.io) and say what you changed.
The licence covers those files only. It does not cover provider names, logos or trademarks, the code of this website, or third-party text quoted inside the files, which stays with its owners. Section 5 governs use of the website itself.
