Factual errors, misapplied scoring, stale data, recusals. When something is wrong, it is logged here with what was wrong, what was fixed, and how it was caught. This page is append-only — no entry is ever deleted.

No correction has been published yet. This is the right state at launch — once a mistake is published, it appears here permanently. If you spot something wrong on the site, the fastest way to flag it is by email; corrections are reviewed within 48 hours.
An empty correction log on a brand-new platform is normal. An empty correction log on a platform with two years of reviews is a red flag — every editorial operation makes mistakes; only some publish them.
