The buyer is real — an issuer choosing who makes a market in its token — and the providers are disjoint from every live pool (GSR, Keyrock, Flowdesk and DWF appear nowhere). It fails on EVIDENCE: every decisive term is a private agreement, so nothing could be scored from published sources. One audit lens proposed it and two independently killed it on that ground.
Crypto ETFs / ETPsRULED 2026-08-19 after a gap audit found it listed in billion-plan.json and neither live nor retired. OUT OF SCOPE, not merely deprioritised: the scope rule admits a product only if it is itself onchain or exists to move crypto, and an exchange-listed ETP share is a securities wrapper that exists precisely so the buyer never touches crypto. Three of four audit lenses raised it and two flagged the scope problem themselves.
