The same page names the product as a future fee target: "From there, fees can be turned on for L2s, other L1s, v4, UniswapX, PFDA, and aggregator hooks." The zero has since taken effect: Uniswap Labs' help-center article "What are Uniswap Labs' fees?" (support.uniswap.org, read through its help-center API on 28 September 2026 because the web page refuses plain requests) states "As of December 27, 2025 Uniswap Labs does not charge interface fees."
