Record watch-outs
- The buyer's funds sit with the relayer far longer than the fill suggests. docs.across.to/introduction/fees (the former docs.across.to/reference/fees-in-the-system now redirects there) states relayers "lock their own capital to fill intents immediately, then wait for reimbursement through the bundle settlement process (~1.5 hours)", and the fill deadline read from the contract is 21600 seconds. The fast fill a buyer experiences is the relayer taking that risk on their behalf and pricing it into the output amount — a price the buyer cannot decompose, because the protocol publishes a subtraction rather than a rate. Chain list re-verified from app.across.to/api/available-routes on 2026-08-08, which returned 1,456 routes across 24 distinct chain ids; five of those ids (232, 4217, 4326, 4663 and 9745) could not be mapped to a chain name from a source loaded in this session and are omitted from the list above rather than guessed.
