- Read on https://sablier.com/pricing (fetched 28 September 2026), "Withdraw from stream" row: "When a recipient withdraws from a vesting or payment stream, the submitting wallet pays about $0.99 in the chain's native token (for example, ETH)." — "I'm the recipient $0.99", "I'm the sender Free". The same page's "Sponsored stream withdrawals" row ("If you're the stream creator, you can sponsor the withdrawal fees for your recipients.") reads "I'm the recipient $0.25" / "I'm the sender $0.74"; a "Pack: Volume pricing" and a "Pack: Unlimited claims and withdrawals" option carry no figure. The docs agree: "The fee is $0.99 (in the gas token) regardless of the withdraw amount." and it "applies to both Lockup and Flow streams" (https://docs.sablier.com/concepts/fees, fetched 28 September 2026). The fee is not fixed by contract: the Comptroller admin can change it and "In case of streams, the new fee applies immediately to all the streams created by user.", bounded by MAX_FEE_USD, which "is 100e8, which is equivalent to $100." (https://docs.sablier.com/reference/utils/contracts/interfaces/interface.ISablierComptroller, fetched 28 September 2026). For a subscription merchant the $0.99 is charged per withdrawal, not per subscriber.Sablier Flow — official pricing page ↗ · 28 September 2026

- STANDARD SANCTIONS ELIGIBILITY REPRESENTATION, NOT A REGIONAL FOOTPRINT. https://files.sablier.com/terms-of-service.pdf (read 17 August 2026), section 2 Eligibility: 'You may not access or use the Services if you are (a) the subject of economic or trade sanctions or otherwise designated on any list of prohibited or restricted parties (including but not limited to the lists maintained by the UK Office of Financial Sanctions Implementation and the U.S. Office of Foreign Assets Control) or (b) a citizen of, or resident or organized in, a jurisdiction or territory subject to UK economic sanctions.' That rule applies everywhere and names no market. The same document affirmatively states the opposite of a footprint: 'Please note that the Protocol is global and permissionless; you will still be able to access it if we withdraw of the Services.' Governing law is English — 'Our Agreement, including its subject matter and formation, is governed by English law.' — which is a forum clause, not a market restriction. The only real availability limit is technical: https://docs.sablier.com/concepts/chains (17 August 2026) — 'The Sablier Protocol is deployed on 25 mainnets and 5 testnet EVM chains, although not all of these are supported by the Sablier Interface.'
