- Bundle plans (Accounts Payable, Spend Management and Payroll Payments), GBP, read on https://www.modulrfinance.com/pricing-for-business (https://www.modulrfinance.com/pricing now redirects here; fetched 28 September 2026): "Bronze" "£30.00 per month" / "80" "Payments included*" / "+£0.80 per extra payment"; "Silver" "£110.00 per month" / "500" "Payments included*" / "+£0.40 per extra payment"; "Platinum" "£500.00 per month" / "3,000" "Payments included" / "+£0.32 per extra payment". Same page: "FX from only 0.5-1.2%" and the footnote "* Faster Payments for payroll and supplier payments. Card payments are unlimited." Each card now also shows a bundle bonus ("Bonus 10 transactions!", "Bonus 100 transactions!", "Bonus 800 transactions!") explained as "Bonus payments when compared to buying Payroll and Accounts Payable products separately". This published card covers Modulr's SME product only. No price is published for the embedded-payments / API platform a crypto business would actually buy, and the account agreement (https://www.modulrfinance.com/direct-sme-onboarding-terms-of-business-uk) defers to an unpublished schedule: "Minimum Term means the minimum term to be applied to your Agreement (where applicable), as set out in the Pricing Schedule, as amended from time to time" - the Pricing Schedule itself is not published.Modulr — official page at www.modulrfinance.com ↗ · 28 September 2026

- TWO DIFFERENT THINGS, kept apart. (1) MARKET FOOTPRINT — real and regional: Modulr operates the UK under an FCA e-money authorisation (Modulr FS Limited, FRN 900573) and the EEA out of the Netherlands under DNB ("Modulr Finance B.V. is licensed and regulated by De Nederlandsche Bank (Relatienummer R182870) as an Electronic Money Institution", https://www.modulrfinance.com/legal-center). Separate UK and EU contracts exist with materially different terms, the pricing page toggles only "GBP" and "EUR", and non-GBP/EUR payments are outsourced ("FX and International Payments Product means the provision of international payments (in currencies other than EUR and GBP) and foreign exchange services ... provided through Payaable Ltd", Direct SME Terms cl.1.2.25). There is no US, LATAM, APAC, MENA or Africa entity. Hence supportedRegions = europe, not global. (2) SANCTIONS-STYLE ELIGIBILITY RULE — applies everywhere and is NOT a regional footprint: "Jurisdictions Modulr has deemed as prohibited, including but not limited to - Afghanistan, Belarus, (Democratic Republic of) Congo, Cuba, Haiti, (Islamic Republic of) Iran, Iraq, Lebanon, Libya, Myanmar, North Korea, Russian Federation, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Syria, Yemen."
