- Plan cards on https://www.brex.com/pricing (fetched 28 September 2026): "Essentials" "For startups and growing companies" "$0 user/month"; "Premium" "For mid-sized companies looking to scale" "$12 user/month"; "Enterprise" "For global enterprises with custom needs" "Custom pricing" "Contact sales"; "Smart Card" "For companies that want to simplify procurement" "Custom pricing". Site-wide footer, same page: "Some Brex products have associated fees. Plans start at $0 per user, per month, and more advanced features are available for $12 per user, per month." Account-level pricing on https://www.brex.com/product/business-account (fetched 28 September 2026): "Earn up to 3.87%† with same-hour liquidity, no hidden fees, and no minimums." The pricing-page footnote says what that figure is: the posted "total treasury return" ranges "between 3.53% and 3.87%" and "is not the DGVXX 7-day yield" - it is a Treasury-leg return that is not FDIC-insured, not a deposit rate, and it moves (the August read showed a lower "up to" figure). NOT PUBLISHED ANYWHERE: wire fees, FX spreads and any pricing attached to Stablecoin Services - the Brex Business Account Agreement (https://www.brex.com/legal/product-terms/treasury/agreement) says "The list of supported stablecoins and blockchain networks, transaction minimums and maximums, daily conversion limits, and applicable fees may change at any time. We will make this information available to you in the Brex dashboard." The pricing page carries no wire fee, FX spread or stablecoin price.Brex — official pricing page ↗ · 28 September 2026

- READ ON https://www.brex.com/legal/column-dda-agreement (via https://www.brex.com/legal/column-dda-agreement.md, HTTP 200, 17 August 2026) — the contracting entity for the cash leg is the bank itself: 'This Column Commercial Demand Deposit Account Agreement (the "Agreement") contains the terms and conditions governing the deposit account ("Checking" or the "Account") made available to you in …'
- Supported chains
- undisclosed — 'The list of Applicable Blockchains and Supported Stablecoins can be found in the Brex App' (https://www.brex.com/legal/stablecoin-addendum, 17 August 2026); the press release names USDC only: 'Stablecoin payments will become generally available in the coming months, starting with USDC.' - Availability note
- A HARD MARKET RESTRICTION, not a sanctions representation — and it is the shortest route to disqualifying most of this category's buyers. Brex Platform Agreement §1.1 Eligibility, read on https://www.brex.com/legal/platform-agreement (17 August 2026): 'Only companies organized and registered in the United States (e.g., C-corps, S-corps, LLCs, or LLPs) may apply for a Brex Account. Individual consumers, sole proprietors, unincorporated partnerships, and companies organized and/or registered outside the United States, are not permitted to open a Brex Account.' A separately-incorporated non-US crypto business cannot open the account at all, regardless of perimeter. Do NOT read Brex's marketing geography as availability: 'Modern cards, banking, expenses, accounting, and more — in 120+ countries' (homepage) and 'Unlimited global cards, accepted in 210+ countries and territories' (pricing page) describe where the CARD is accepted and where local entities can be issued cards, not where a company may be domiciled to hold the account. SEPARATELY, and distinct from the above, the standard OFAC/sanctions representation is present and applies everywhere rather than describing a footprint — Brex Business Account Agreement §4.1: 'This Agreement and your use of the Brex Business Account are subject to U.S. law, including economic sanctions and embargo laws. You represent and warrant that you are not, are not employed by, owned or controlled by (in whole or in part, directly or indirectly) or acting as agent of, any person designated by OFAC as a Specially Designated National or blocked person'. A third, narrower geographic rule applies to the crypto leg only, §15.10: 'Stablecoin Services are not available to persons or entities located in jurisdictions sanctioned by OFAC or otherwise restricted by Brex, Column, or applicable law' — the 'or otherwise restricted by Brex, Column' clause is an unpublished market restriction, not a sanctions rule.
