#1 for Finlandether.fi Cash#1 globallyLists Europe; Finland not individually verified A Visa credit card issued by Third National against a self-custodial ether.fi vault: spending is a borrow, not a sale, and the FX markup is published as a tier-dependent range on top of a stated ~1% base — but the issuer's regulator is never named and the ATM fee for the two entry tiers is never priced.
Swipe cost abroad — 8/10Disposal at the till — 8/10#2 for FinlandCrypto.com Card#2 globallyLists Europe; Finland not individually verified A prepaid FIAT Visa card issued by Crypto.com's own Malta EMI subsidiary (Foris MT Limited, C 90348, Visa Principal Member (Issuing)) — the shortest issuer dependency chain in the pool and a full published fee table, but the numbers live on a regional help-centre article, never on the page that sells the card, and the EEA foreign transaction fee charged only on the free tier until 30 September 2026 extends to the Ruby, Jade and Indigo subscription tiers from 1 October 2026.

Whose licence issues it — 9/10Swipe cost abroad — 6/10#6 for FinlandRedotPay Card#6 globallyLists Europe; Finland not individually verified A Hong Kong credit-card programme that converts your crypto at the moment you swipe: every fee is published as a number, the conversion rate and ATM fees are changeable at the provider's sole discretion, and the entity that actually issues the card is defined in the terms but never named.
Programme survival — 5/10Disposal at the till — 3/10#7 for FinlandZeal#8 globallyLists Europe; Finland not individually verified Self-custodial wallet app that front-ends a Gnosis Pay Visa debit card issued by FCA-authorised EMI Monavate Limited (FRN 901097); Zeal adds no FX markup on top of Visa's own rate, publishes no fee schedule of any kind, and the single document it points to for ATM fees is a dead link.

No Catch.'
