'Free withdrawals worldwide' on the card page means three withdrawals and €400 a month. The cap is real, current (dateModified 2026-06-19) and lives only in a help-centre article — https://help.bleap.finance/en/articles/15566380-what-limits-exist-in-bleap: 'ATM Withdrawals — Monthly withdrawals 3 — Monthly amount €400'. The card page (read 2026-08-17) says only 'Free withdrawals worldwide. Use ATMs at home or abroad without Bleap fees.' A buyer who picks this card for travel discovers the ceiling at the third cash machine of the trip, and the terms then hand them the operator's surcharge on top: 'Operator surcharges may apply and are your responsibility.' (clause 5.1).

RedotPay Card

55#6 of 9
Pick it when
RedotPay Card leads on no published criterion; its edge is availability (12 vs 6 points). Pick it if that term is what you are buying.
Strength
Programme survival — 5/10
Tradeoff
The '3% cashback' that makes this card look cheap is not money and cannot be made into money. It is paid in USDs which 'can only be used for future card transactions', 'cannot be used to purchase cards, withdrawn as cash, or transferred' and 'expire after 30 days'; it is capped at 18 USDs a month; it only accrues on Apple Pay and Google Pay spend; it is clawed back if you refund the purchase; and unlocking it costs a $12.90/month membership that is 'non-refundable after payment is made'. To earn the full $18 you must route exactly $600 a month through a mobile wallet and then spend the credit again within 30 days — and the $1,000/month ATM fee waiver, the only benefit actually worth more than the fee, is reserved for annual members. Meanwhile the fees the credit is supposed to offset are 2.20% on every non-domestic swipe and 3–4% at an ATM, and clause 5.2 of the binding terms lets RedotPay change the ATM fees 'at its sole discretion from time to time without notice'.

Score dimensions

weights sum to 86

The published score is five dimensions, each weighted for the category. "Published criteria" is the criteria block above; the other four are the engine's own terms — availability, friction, trust record, measured data. Each bar is one side's points out of that dimension's maximum; the weight beside the name is its points of the 86-point weighted total. The published criteria above can fill 24 of the block’s 30. A weight marked “constant here” belongs to a dimension every ranked product in the category holds at the same value: it still counts in the total, and it orders nothing here.
