Two EEA exchanges join the ranking: Bit2Me and Gate EU; KuCoin EU is refused while suspended
- added Exchanges: Bit2Me enters at #8 (65) and Gate EU at #9 (64), each scored on the four published criteria from its own terms, fee pages and proof-of-reserves page. Bybit stays #1 (81).
- changed Exchanges: no criterion score of a venue already ranked changed.
