Jupiter JLP

Pricing

From https://docs.jup.ag/user-docs/earn/jlp/earn, fetched 2026-09-28: direct mint and burn are "subject to a weightage-based fee that depends on the asset and its current vs. target weighting in the pool", with "Base rates: 10 BPS for non-stablecoin assets (SOL, ETH, wBTC), 2 BPS for stablecoins (USDC, USDT)", and "The final fee is adjusted up if the action moves the asset further from its target weightage, or down if it moves closer." There is no management or performance fee; the protocol take is on the fee stream, not the deposit: "75% of all fees generated by Jupiter Perps are reinvested into the JLP pool" and "The remaining 25% goes to Jupiter as protocol revenue." Exiting through Jupiter Swap instead pays market price, with the page's floor: "If the market price falls below the virtual price, JLP is redeemed at the virtual price, not the market price."Jupiter JLP — official pricing page ↗ · 28 September 2026

Availability note

THIS IS A GENUINE MARKET RESTRICTION, NOT THE STANDARD OFAC REPRESENTATION — and Jupiter carries BOTH, which is how you can tell them apart. Read 17 August 2026 on https://docs.jup.ag/user-docs/legal/terms-of-use.md. (1) The ordinary sanctions representation, which applies everywhere and is NOT a regional footprint: "By using or accessing the Interface, you represent to us that you are not subject to sanctions or otherwise designated on any list of prohibited or restricted parties or excluded or denied persons, including but not limited to the lists maintained by the United Nations Security Council, the European Union or its Member States, or any other government authority." (2) The actual footprint restriction, a named-country exclusion list that reaches well beyond any sanctions regime: "Prohibited Localities. Jupiter does not interact with digital wallets located in, established in, or a resident of the United States, the Republic of China, Singapore, Myanmar (Burma), Cote D'Ivoire (Ivory Coast), Cuba, Crimea and Sevastopol, Democratic Republic of Congo, Iran, Iraq, Libya, Mali, Nicaragua, Democratic People's Republic of Korea (North Korea), Somalia, Sudan, Syria, Yemen, Zimbabwe or any other state, country or region that is subject to sanctions enforced by the United States, the United Kingdom or the European Union. You must not use any software or networking techniques, including use of a Virtual Private Network (VPN) to modify your internet protocol address or otherwise circumvent or attempt to circumvent this prohibition." The UNITED STATES and SINGAPORE are on that list and neither is sanctioned — so `us` is excluded from supportedRegions and `global` is not available. Also note the venue is Panamanian with LCIA arbitration in London: "These Terms are governed by and will be construed under the laws of Panama" and "You further agree that the Interface shall be deemed to be based solely in Panama". A discretionary KYC reservation exists: "We reserve the right to conduct 'Know Your Customer' and 'Anti-Money Laundering' checks on you if deemed necessary by us (at our sole discretion)".
