Weighted on where the platform's float legally sits, published wholesale price, whose licence the platform operates under, and settlement finality and failure handling, in that order. THE PRICING PAGE HAS BEEN RETIRED AS A CATEGORY, and the failure mode is identical at all seven. bridge.xyz/pricing 404s while the docs pricing page reads in full 'Please reach out to sales@bridge.xyz to discuss pricing.' circle.com/pricing returns HTTP 301 to /contact/partner — Circle redirects the word 'pricing' straight to a sales form — and /cpn/pricing and developers.circle.com/cpn/pricing both 404. rain.xyz/pricing 301s to the homepage, and it is a configured redirect rather than a soft 404 because an unknown path still returns 404. conduit.financial/pricing 301s to conduitpay.com/pricing, which 404s. dlocal.com/pricing/ 404s. bvnk.com/pricing 404s. Zerohash's docs page actually TITLED 'Pricing' consists of one sentence: 'Speak to a zerohash representative directly to engage in pricing discussions.' Not one provider scores above 6 on published price; the pool mean is 4.9. This is an absence the tranche proved rather than assumed: 262 Bridge documentation pages via llms.txt, 953,566 bytes of BVNK docs, 98 v1 plus 366 v2 Conduit doc pages, dLocal's full 22-URL sitemap and 47KB docs index, and the 28-page CPN white paper were all swept, and no basis-point figure for the scored product appears on any of them.

A platform buys an API, a hosted fiat + stablecoin wallet it holds a balance in, and an agency conversion desk that turns EUR/GBP/USD into USDC/USDT/EURC and pays out — either to stablecoin addresses globally or onto USD/EUR/GBP bank rails (ACH, FedWire, FedNow, RTP, SEPA, Faster Payments, SWIFT) from virtual accounts. The strongest verified thing is the regulatory and timing disclosure: FCA FRN 901057 resolves on the FCA's own e-money register file dated 2026-08-12, and the docs publish a genuine per-rail cut-off-time table rather than an 'instant' adjective. The weakest verified thing is price — the rate card does not exist, and the one pricing surface that carries figures is a backward-looking MiCA transparency feed rather than an offer. Corrected during verification: the draft said BVNK's only pricing surface 'names every fee type and quantifies none of them'; BVNK also publishes a dated MiCA historic-transactions feed at /mt-mt/historic-transactions (71 pairs, date 2026-08-12, entity 'System Pay Services (Malta)') from which realised round-trip conversion cost is derivable — USD/USDC 7.5 bps, EUR/USDC 15.9 bps, EUR/USDT 45.2 bps — which the draft missed.

Strongest on whose licence the platform operates under (8/10): Score held at 8 on re-derivation; every element the draft relied on was re-run independently on 2026-08-13 and every one held. Re-reading the terms, neither named bank is tied to the safeguarding account, so the base is the 5-6 band… Published price: No forward-looking wholesale price is published; one backward-looking rate disclosure is. Best forWhose Licence the Platform Operates Under — 8/10
Main tradeoffThe balance a platform sees in the BVNK portal after a conversion is not necessarily custodied money, and BVNK disclaims the counterparty risk behind it. The Order Execution Policy states: 'If your wallet or nominated account is credited with crypto-assets or funds prior to final settlement, those crypto-assets or funds are not custodied crypto-assets or funds until final settlement has occurred, as set out in the Client Agreement' and 'Where settlement does not occur due to circumstances beyond the reasonable control of BVNK, including as a result of any action or inaction of the Execution Partner(s), BVNK may use reasonable endeavours to reverse the transaction.' The MSA makes the legal character of that window explicit — such claims 'constitute unsecured contractual claims against BVNK' (Section D clause 3.4) — and then removes the recourse: 'BVNK shall have no liability whatsoever for any act, omission, failure, delay, error or insolvency of any BVNK Liquidity Partner' (clause 12.2.1.3), with total liability otherwise capped, per clause 12.3.1, at 'the Fees paid and payable by you to us in the twelve (12) month period prior to the date on which the relevant claim(s) arose'. So a platform running material float across conversions is taking unsecured exposure to execution partners it cannot see named, during a window BVNK's own marketing describes as fully protected. The second thing to know before signing: the 'Move money across 130+ countries' claim is stablecoin reach, not local-rail reach. The product page's own sub-claim is 'Pay into stablecoin wallet addresses globally. No need for local bank accounts', and the fiat currency table in the docs lists exactly three codes — USD, EUR, GBP — so the last mile in most of those countries is a stablecoin wallet address and the recipient, not BVNK, solves the off-ramp. Added during verification, a third: token availability is jurisdictional. The payouts page promises 'We automatically convert to USDC, USDT or EURC for the final payout', but the docs currencies reference splits by customer jurisdiction and the EEA tab lists no USDT at all — a platform contracting with the Maltese entity for EEA customers gets USDC, EURC and USDG only. Title verified 2026-08-13 against the contract itself: the answer DIFFERS by leg — read which entity and which asset class you are contracting for. "All Digital Assets we receive from you are held in pooled client asset wallets belonging to BVNK. As such, all Digital Assets received into Digital Asset Wallets belong to BVNK with BVNK only owing a corresponding liability to you for any Digital Assets received." (https://storage.pardot.com/1013952/1758622259wCNEN1Qi/BVNK_Master_Services_Agreement_Section_D_Service_Schedule_2_Digital_A.pdf) "All fiat funds we receive from you are held in omnibus accounts owned and controlled by BVNK. When fiat funds are deposited into a Fiat Virtual Account, BVNK holds such funds as custodian for your benefit, and you are the beneficial owner of such funds. Subject to the foregoing, you do not own or control the Fiat Virtual Account(s)." (https://storage.pardot.com/1013952/1758622259wCNEN1Qi/BVNK_Master_Services_Agreement_Section_D_Service_Schedule_2_Digital_A.pdf)
Verify before signupNo forward-looking wholesale price is published; one backward-looking rate disclosure is. (A) THE FEE-TYPE SURFACE. BVNK's MiCA Pricing Policy at https://www.bvnk.com/mt-mt/pricing-policy (HTTP 200, re-fetched 2026-08-13) names fee types without figures. Verbatim, all confirmed character-exact on that page: 'BVNK provides wallet services for the custody of your crypto-assets at no cost.' and 'transfers of crypto-assets from one BVNK wallet to another BVNK wallet (i.e. internal transfers) are also provided free of charge.' On conversion: 'When you buy, sell, or convert crypto-assets, the fees are included in the "Conversion All-in Exchange Rate". This rate is comprised of the following components:' — 'BVNK Rate: A stable, blended rate we source from global and regional exchanges, market makers, and OTC desks; and' — 'Commercial Fee: A pre-agreed percentage and/or fixed amount added to the BVNK Rate, as agreed with you.' On payments: 'For sending or receiving crypto-assets to or from an external wallet (outside the BVNK platform), we will charge a percentage and/or fixed fee. These fees may be tiered, meaning higher volumes can result in lower rates. All applicable fees for these services are pre-agreed with you.' Standing charges are named but unquantified: 'Onboarding Fee: A one-time fee for account setup.' / 'Monthly Platform Fee: A platform fee charged monthly in arrears.' / 'Minimum Monthly Commitment (MMC) Fee: Applicable if your aggregate monthly transaction fees fall below a pre-agreed MMC Fee.' The same page carves the fiat leg out of scope: 'Note. Unless expressly stated otherwise, this Pricing, Costs & Fees Disclosure applies exclusively to our crypto-asset services regulated under MiCA. It does not cover fees related to our fiat (e-money) account or related payment services. For details on such fees please refer to your Client Agreement, visit our Help Centre or contact merchants@bvnk.com.' (B) CORRECTED DURING VERIFICATION — A PRICED SURFACE THE DRAFT MISSED. The draft asserted 'No spread in bps, no percentage, no fixed fee, no minimum and no tier threshold appears on any BVNK surface I could reach' and listed the pages it had checked. That claim is wrong. BVNK publishes a MiCA post-trade transparency table at https://www.bvnk.com/mt-mt/historic-transactions (HTTP 200, 2026-08-13), linked from the same MiCA disclosures hub as the Pricing Policy the draft did read. The page's own column headers are 'Date (UTC) | Currency (From) | Currency (to) | VOLUME (EUR) | Average rate across all conversions'; it renders one row server-side ('10/25/25 | USD | USDT | 1227482.66 | 0.99965296595364636') and loads the rest from https://layer1-nine.vercel.app/api/exchange (HTTP 200, 2026-08-13), which returns 71 pairs, all dated 2026-08-12, all attributed to entity 'System Pay Services (Malta)', with 'lastUpdated' of 2026-08-13T10:52:33.658Z. From the both-direction pairs the realised round-trip conversion cost is derivable: USD/USDC 0.99963548 and 0.99961693 = 7.5 bps round trip on EUR 2.01m of volume; USD/USDT 7.2 bps; USDT/USDC 10.8 bps; EUR/USDC 1.15314264 and 0.86581764 = 15.9 bps on EUR 2.96m; GBP/USDT 25.6 bps; EUR/USDT 45.2 bps. This is real, dated, entity-attributed pricing evidence, and it is why the score moved up one point. It is NOT a rate card: these are averages of realised conversions across all clients, each of whom pays a separately negotiated 'Commercial Fee', so they are not an offer and no buyer can transact at them. (C) STILL NO FIGURE ANYWHERE FOR: the per-payout or per-transaction fee, the onboarding fee, the monthly platform fee, the minimum monthly commitment, any volume-tier threshold, and every fiat rail (ACH, FedWire, FedNow, RTP, SEPA, Faster Payments, SWIFT). PAGES RE-CHECKED FOR A NUMBER AND FOUND NONE: https://www.bvnk.com/pricing (HTTP 404, re-confirmed 2026-08-13); https://www.bvnk.com/payouts (200); https://www.bvnk.com/mt-mt/commercial-policy (200, zero occurrences of any %/bps figure); https://www.bvnk.com/mt-mt/order-execution-policy (200); the entire docs corpus at https://docs.bvnk.com/llms-full.txt (200, 953,566 bytes — no fee percentage or per-payout figure anywhere); and the 51-page BVNK Master Service Agreement at https://agreements.bvnk.com/Client_Master_Agreement.pdf (HTTP 200, Version 1/Feb 26), whose clause 4.1 defers all numbers to an annex that is NOT in the public PDF — 'You will pay the Fees for each of the BVNK Services and the Partner Services in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and Section E (Commercial Terms).' 'Section E' is referenced exactly seven times and published nowhere; the document ends mid-schedule at clause 16.8 of the E-Money Service Schedule. Blockchain fee estimates are said to live behind the Help Centre ('We disclose our prevailing weekly estimates for network fees on the BVNK Help Centre, accessible via the BVNK Website'), which returns HTTP 403 to automated fetch.

Frequently asked

Questions people ask before choosing settlement

What does wholesale stablecoin settlement actually cost?
No provider here publishes enough for a buyer to answer that without a sales call. The page Zero Hash titles "Pricing" reads in full: "Speak to a zerohash representative directly to engage in pricing discussions." Rain’s pricing page has been retired — rain.xyz/pricing returns a 301 to the homepage, confirmed as a configured redirect because an unknown path still 404s. Circle names the fee sources precisely and attaches no figure to any of them, and bridge.xyz/pricing, conduitpay.com/pricing, dlocal.com/pricing and bvnk.com/pricing all 404. The most useful number in the pool is BVNK’s MiCA-mandated table of historic average conversion rates, which is an execution record rather than a price list: it tells you what other platforms were charged, not what you will be.
Where does my float legally sit, and what happens if the provider fails?
Ask which ENTITY you are signing with before you ask which bank it uses, because in this pool the same brand answers the ownership question two opposite ways. BVNK, the highest-ranked provider here, states in its US Service Schedule that digital assets "belong to BVNK with BVNK only owing a corresponding liability to you", adding that "in the unlikely event that we become insolvent your funds will not be protected" — while its Malta agreement says the opposite, that "title to the relevant Digital Assets shall at all times remain with you and shall not transfer to us or any company in the BVNK Group". Its marketing page says "If we, or any of our partners, were ever to become insolvent, your money is protected." Bridge takes title from everyone: "When we receive funds or Digital Assets for your Order, title to those funds or Digital Assets transfers to Bridge upon receipt", in both its US and EEA terms. It names Banking Circle only to warn that the Master Account "may be frozen, blocked, or seized, in whole or in part, without prior notice" on opposition by its own third-party creditors, and its US and Rest-of-World terms both promise the bank is identified in an "Exhibit E" whose document stops at Exhibit D. Zero Hash, Circle, Conduit Pay and Rain all leave title with the platform — Zero Hash in terms, that "Title to your Digital Assets and Fiat Currency shall at all times remain with you", and Conduit Pay that its internal movements "do not transfer beneficial ownership of Client-attributed value to Conduit". One trap survives almost every contract here: money mid-conversion is nobody’s custodied asset, and BVNK is explicit that such claims "constitute unsecured contractual claims against BVNK". dLocal publishes no platform contract at all, and its FY2025 20-F contains zero instances of "custodian", "trust account" or "client money".
Does "instant" mean anything here?
Read the cut-off, not the adjective. Conduit Pay is one of the few vendors that publishes a real one — "all United States Dollar (USD) to USD ETFs must be initiated no later than 11:00 am U.S. Eastern Time Zone (ET) in order to be sent the same day" — and it still scores 2 out of 10 on this axis, because the documented behaviour contradicts what its homepage promises. On documentation alone it would score 7-8. Bridge scores highest at 9, publishing a per-rail cut-off table, a 2026-2027 holiday calendar, a 60-day return window and a five-step return-address resolution order, and it is held off 10 by the one silence that is perfectly universal here: not one of the seven states who bears the exchange-rate movement when a converted cross-border payout comes back.
