Bleap charges no issuance, monthly, usage or exchange fees for Card activity." / "Mastercard scheme fees, network FX rates, merchant surcharges, ATM operator fees and government taxes may apply and are your responsibility. Where charged via the scheme, these amounts are included in the Direct Debit from your Wallet." / "If you transact in a different currency, the amount is converted at the Mastercard network rate applicable at processing time. There is no subscription, tier or token stake anywhere in the product. NOT PRICED on any page read: the Mastercard scheme fees clause 6.2 debits from the wallet, and any ATM charge beyond Bleap's own zero; Bleap's "Pricing Disclosure" (https://www.bleap.finance/legal-agreements/pricing-disclosure) still covers only buy, sell and bridge. From https://www.plutus.it/fees (HTTP 200, fetched 28 September 2026), verbatim rows across the plan columns "Starter" / "Everyday" / "Premium": "1.3 Trading Fee" "1%" "0%" "0%"; "1.4 Virtual Card Order Fee" "Free"; "1.6 Physical Card Order Fee" "€9.99 / £9.99"; "2.1 Point of Sale transaction (Domestic)*" "Free"; "2.2 Point of Sale transaction (Non Domestic)*" "2.5%" on all three plans; "3.1 ATM withdrawal" "2.5%" on all three plans; "4.1 Single Card Transaction Limit" "£500,000 /€500,000". Footnote: "However, if you use a EURO-denominated card to make a payment in a currency other than EURO, a 2.5% fee will be imposed (classified as a non-domestic transaction)." The page carries no last-updated stamp of its own; its only date is "© Plutus 2025". These prices govern a card the vendor says cannot currently be spent: https://www.plutus.it/blog/plutus-q1-migration-faq (dated 20 February 2026, still the newest status notice on 28 September 2026) says "even while card spending is not possible".

'Free withdrawals worldwide' on the card page means three withdrawals and €400 a month. The cap is real, current (dateModified 2026-06-19) and lives only in a help-centre article — https://help.bleap.finance/en/articles/15566380-what-limits-exist-in-bleap: 'ATM Withdrawals — Monthly withdrawals 3 — Monthly amount €400'. The card page (read 2026-08-17) says only 'Free withdrawals worldwide. Use ATMs at home or abroad without Bleap fees.' A buyer who picks this card for travel discovers the ceiling at the third cash machine of the trip, and the terms then hand them the operator's surcharge on top: 'Operator surcharges may apply and are your responsibility.' (clause 5.1).

Score dimensions

weights sum to 86

The published score is five dimensions, each weighted for the category. "Published criteria" is the criteria block above; the other four are the engine's own terms — availability, friction, trust record, measured data. Each bar is one side's points out of that dimension's maximum; the weight beside the name is its points of the 86-point weighted total. The published criteria above can fill 24 of the block’s 30. A weight marked “constant here” belongs to a dimension every ranked product in the category holds at the same value: it still counts in the total, and it orders nothing here.
