- No public rate card exists. The Terms of Service (https://www.sfox.com/terms/, "Last Updated: August 18, 2026", fetched 28 September 2026) section 3.11 says only: "An applicable trading fee, as indicated on the sFOX Site, applies to all transactions and will vary depending on the pricing methodology or algorithm you choose to execute the transaction." Two fixed ancillary fees are published on the same page: "an inactivity fee of $50 per month" after three months without trading or funding, and "an administrative fee of $150" on reversed or cancelled transactions. The trading-fee schedule the terms point to could not be found on any public page: www.sfox.com/pricing/ and /fees/ return HTTP 404 and support.sfox.com redirects to trade.sfox.com/login (all re-checked 28 September 2026). The public API docs disclose only the fee mechanism (maker and taker rates by routing type, keyed to trailing 14-day notional volume, docs.sfox.com/rest-api/account-management/get-fees.md), not the rates.sFOX (EMS/agency execution surface only) — official pricing page ↗ · 28 September 2026

- The Terms of Service (https://www.sfox.com/terms/, "Last Updated: August 18, 2026", fetched 28 September 2026) assign the contracting entity by residence, which is a real market footprint rather than only a sanctions representation: "sFOX, Inc., a Texas corporation, if you are a U.S. citizen or U.S. resident in the following states: Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Delaware, Hawaii, Idaho, Kansas, Kentucky, Maine, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, New Jersey, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Utah, Virginia, and Wisconsin." "SAFE Trust Company, a Wyoming public trust company, if you are a U.S. Citizen or U.S. resident in the following states: Alabama, Florida, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Massachusetts, Mississippi, New Hampshire, Oregon, Vermont, Washington, West Virginia, and Wyoming." "sFOX Pte. Ltd., a Singapore entity, if you are a Singapore resident; or" "sFOX International Ltd., a BVI entity, if you do not reside in the U.S. or Singapore." Fourteen US states appear in neither list: California, Connecticut, Georgia, Louisiana, Nevada, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota and Texas. California and Texas were removed from the sFOX, Inc. list in this revision; the 26 January 2026 terms (Wayback capture of 15 May 2026) listed both and described sFOX, Inc. as a Delaware corporation. The terms also carry the standard eligibility representation "you are not located in, under the control of, or a national of any restricted location or any country to which the United States, Singapore, or the British Virgin Islands have embargoed goods or services" and reserve that "sFOX may not make all the Services available in all markets and jurisdictions".
