Cost is a self-hosted issuer node (Vault, Redis and Postgres) plus state-publication gas; the issuer-cost FAQ (raw.githubusercontent.com/PrivadoID/docs/main/docs/faqs/content/issuer-node-reducing-infrastructure-costs.md) says "For cloud deployments, the costs will largely depend on the chosen infrastructure services, such as EC2 instances." Signature-type credentials are issued offchain to the holder with no per-credential gas; MTP-type issuance and onchain revocation publish an identity-state transition that amortises across a batch. The only published gas figures are for verification, borne by the relying party ("approximately 770k for v3 circuit proofs and around 700k for v2 circuit proofs", verifier gas-cost FAQ).
