Persona Identities (1:24-cv-01103, filed 7 February 2024, voluntarily dismissed 16 February 2024) and Freifeld (no termination date in the RECAP index) — plus Johnson v. Persona Identities Inc. (1:24-cv-11249), an Illinois Identification Card Act and Driver's License Act class complaint filed 31 October 2024 and dismissed without prejudice on 21 January 2025.
