(CNPJ 18.213.434), which the fee-page footer itself says is still 'em processo de autorização' with the Banco Central, not the BCB-authorized CTVM or payment institution in the same group — and crypto withdrawal (wallet-out) fees are published nowhere on the web, only inside the app, with fiat exit hard-capped at R$50.000/24h unless you contact support.

- added Exchanges: Bit2Me enters at #8 (65) and Gate EU at #9 (64), each scored on the four published criteria from its own terms, fee pages and proof-of-reserves page. Bybit stays #1 (81).
