- TWO DIFFERENT THINGS, AND THEY MUST NOT BE CONFLATED. (1) THE STANDARD SANCTIONS REPRESENTATION — an eligibility rule applying everywhere, NOT a regional footprint. Read on https://docs.galxe.com/about/legal/terms-of-service.md (17 August 2026): "by using the Services, you represent and warrant that: (a) you are not located in a country that is subject to sanctions or embargos by the United States, United Kingdom, European Union or United Nations; and (b) you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited, sanctioned, or restricted parties." The same clause adds a discretionary geo-block reservation: "we reserve the right, at any time, in our sole discretion, to block access to the Services, in whole or in part, from any geographic location, IP addresses and unique device identifiers". (2) A GENUINE NAMED-COUNTRY RESTRICTION, but scoped to the consumer sweepstakes product rather than to Quest campaigns, same URL and date: "Some countries, regions or geographical including but not limited to the USA, Netherlands, Spain, France, Germany, Belgium, Italy, UAE, Turkey, Australia, Singapore, Japan, India, China may not be eligible to access or use the Galxe Rewards Hub." Since a budget-holder's own participants can be reached by the bot system's exclusions in the Rewards Hub, this list is material to a Quest buyer even though it does not restrict Quest itself. Additionally, the sibling Earndrop product sells geographic exclusion as a feature: "IP Block" / "Restrict participation in your Earndrop based on geographic regions or countries." (two adjacent blocks on the page: a bold "IP Block" heading and its own body paragraph, both verbatim) (https://help.galxe.com/en/articles/10899990-galxe-earndrop, 17 August 2026). Governing law is British Virgin Islands: "shall be governed by and construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the British Virgin Islands" (ToS, same date). No jurisdiction-based restriction on Quest campaign creation itself was found, so supportedRegions is global.
