- Exponent publishes fee CATEGORIES but no fee RATE. From "Protocol Risks & Fees" (https://docs.exponent.finance/user-documentation/protocol-risks-fees), re-fetched 28 September 2026 (HTTP 200) and unchanged since 2026-08-12: "Exponent charges fees across different product surfaces depending on the action being performed and the market being used. Fees may apply to trading, liquidity provision, and Strategy Vault participation." On trading: "These fees can vary depending on the liquidity venue used, such as the Rate Order Book or the Rate CLMM, and may also evolve depending on the market configuration." On maturity: "For fixed-maturity yield markets, fee behavior may change as maturity approaches. In some cases, protocol fees may decrease over time as the market nears expiry." Vault fees are deferred to the operator: "Strategy Vaults may charge additional fees set by the vault manager" and "Vault-specific fees are displayed in the vault interface before deposit. Exponent do not take fees on top of Strategy Vaults." The page closes: "Fees can differ across markets, maturities, and product surfaces." NO NUMERIC RATE IS PUBLISHED: across every user-documentation page listed in docs.exponent.finance/llms.txt, re-fetched as markdown on 28 September 2026, the only percentages are Risk-Tranching coverage parameters (a different product) and a sanctions-ownership threshold in the Terms of Use. The public markets API (api.exponent.finance/markets, 16 active markets on 28 September 2026) returns annualizedLpFeesPct 0 for every market — an LP-yield field, not a fee schedule. The fee is an admin-settable per-market parameter: exponent-core source (programs/exponent_core/src/instructions/market_two/admin/modify_market_setting.rs, main branch, re-read 28 September 2026) still defines ChangeTreasuryTradeSyBpsFee(u16) and ChangeLnFeeRateRoot(f64), the only guard being assert!(new_treasury_trade_sy_bps_fee <= 10000, "Treasury trade SY BPS fee must be less than or equal to 10000") — a ceiling equal to the whole trade — and no bound on ln_fee_rate_root. A depositor cannot compute a net fixed rate from published terms and must read the in-app trade preview.Exponent Yield Exchange — official pricing page ↗ · 28 September 2026

- Exponent's Terms of Use (docs.exponent.finance/user-documentation/terms, "Last Updated: May 25, 2026", read 28 September 2026) state: "Our Interface is NOT offered to persons or entities who reside in, are citizens of, are incorporated in, or have a registered office in the United States of America or any other "Prohibited Localities," as defined below." The list begins "Prohibited Localities include but are not limited to: United States of America, United Kingdoms," and continues with Myanmar, Cote D'Ivoire, Cuba, Crimea and Sevastopol, the Democratic Republic of Congo, Iran, Iraq, Libya, Mali, Nicaragua, North Korea, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, Yemen, Zimbabwe and any sanctioned region; VPN use to get around it is prohibited. The protocol's programs are permissionless on Solana; the restriction binds the interface.
