      "summary": "When two rows tie on the weighted total, `tiebreakDelta` decides which prints first. It carried four factors, and the fourth read `dataConfidence === 'strong'` under the comment \"strong evidence confidence\". That is not an evidence reading: `dataConfidence` is derived from the availability score, and the interface renders it — correctly — under the label \"Market availability\". So a row was given an extra point for being available in more places, AFTER availability had already contributed its weight of 20 to the very total the two rows were tied on. Availability decided the position twice, and the second time it did so under a name that said evidence. The factor is removed; the tie-break now reads only advantage on the category’s one comparable pricing basis, the depth of a row’s published strengths, and whether it leads the heaviest dimension.",

Feeding it a quantity that is already inside those criteria makes the same fact count twice, and the reader cannot see it happen — they are looking at two equal scores and an order that appears to come from somewhere published.
