      "summary": "When two rows share a weighted total, the order between them is now decided first by their unrounded weighted averages of the published criterion scores, under the weights in use. Rows share a total because whole dimension points round their criterion scores together; the averages still separate them. Until this version a generic chain (a price factor, a count of scores at 9 or above, whole dimension points, then the name) decided every tie, and in 62 of the 175 tied pairs with criterion scores on both sides it placed first the row the published criteria rank lower.",
      "rationale": "The order a reader sees should follow the criteria the page publishes wherever the arithmetic can tell them apart. The generic chain still decides a tie where the averages are equal or a row is not scored on its category’s criteria. No score changes: the averages order rows and are never added to a score.
